Many times in our businesses it’s easy to miss the important things when we’re working fast and furious, but we’re actually getting behind on projections.

Instead, we need to place importance on what is going to move the needle and with clear objectives.

We need to slow down and create better strategies and plans that are going to pull the biggest levers in our business.
