Your mind conceived it, you believed it, and we achieved it. Jeff Milligan

CarrotCamp was unlike most events. It wasn’t a workshop or seminar, nor was it a retreat. It was an immersive experience where we did a deep dive into the campers world.  We unplugged and got out of the office and into nature, and worked with our team to get massive things done to uplevel marketing… all the while building relationships with other high-level real estate entrepreneurs that will hopefully last a lifetime.

Campers Edward Beck, Jeff Milligan, Tang Nguyen, Tim Oppelt, and Kyle Doney discuss what they enjoyed, struggled with, and how Camp benefited them both personally and in their businesses.

    Thank you 2017 CarrotCampers!

    Enjoy!

A LIFE WELL LIVED IS WHEN WE LOOK BACK AND SAY, “YOU KNOW WHAT, I DID LIFE RIGHT… I DIDN’T LOVE HALFWAY AND I DIDN’T LIVE HALFWAY… WHAT I DID MATTERED Trevor Mauch

I created my life list in 2010. This is what I want to do while I’m alive. Experience, growth, and achievement. Recently, a friend of mine came across my life list on my website trevormauch.com. He saw that I wanted to catch a steelhead while fly fishing.

He’s a Veteran who turned to fly fishing as a relaxation and release point for PTSD. He understands the importance of helping others so he reached out to me to see if we could go fishing.

We spent the day on the river and it was one of the most enjoyable and amazing items that I’ve done on my list.

So why create a life list? It’s exactly what I mentioned before. Experience, growth, and achievement. You can become a better, more fulfilled person.

I encourage you to take an hour today to sit down and start a life list. Write out a draft. 10 items. Get it started and you can always add to it later. The main thing is to get it started.

Next, share it. Make it 100% public and magic will start to happen.

Share it on Facebook and tag me, Trevor Mauch. I would love to celebrate it with you.

The #1 PPC Metric You Need To Build Into Your Marketing Strategy

Listen to the CarrotCast Podcast and Subscribe Below!

Change your mindset. Look at your marketing not as a cost but as an investment.  Adrian Nez

We’re talking about lead generation on this call. But…it’s a little bit of a different one. I’m going to set the stage for you. Whenever we talk about lead generation, there are a few steps that we always want people to take because of a proven path. This is the model to follow that works, and it works over and over and over again.

The first thing, you got to dial in your website. Nailing step one, getting a high-converting website with the right strategy.

Step two is what we’re going to talk about today. You need to pick a traffic plan and get traffic and leads coming in soon, and one of the best ways to do that is with pay-per-click marketing, whether it’s through Google or Bing or even Facebook if you do it right. One of the things that most people don’t do is they don’t look at and they don’t focus on this one metric that Adrian and I on our team spent some time.

We did a Facebook Live and what you’re going to listen to is actually the recording of a Facebook Live that we did yesterday, as of the time I’m recording this, where we walk through and the number one most important metric that I feel people should be looking at when it comes to paid traffic. If you follow this real estate PPC metric and then you follow our training on how to dial in your pay-per-click marketing through Google and Bing, you are going to succeed. Okay? It’s just going to happen.

One of the things that most people don’t do is they don’t focus on this one metric that Adrian and I are going to cover. We walk through the number one most important metric that I feel people should be looking at when it comes to paid traffic. If you follow this metric and then you follow our training on how to dial in your pay-per-click marketing through Google and Bing, you are going to succeed.

What is the number one most important real estate metric according to me when it comes to your paid traffic? Well, piggybacking off of a call I recent CarrotCast, we take a look at how to use simple math to really help your paid marketing become a lot more successful. This is going to help you do this one calculation that could change the game with your pay-per-click.

Really dive in, nail this number that we’re going to give you. It’s going to take you five minutes to do your own calculation, and we’d love your feedback.

Have you ever really thought about leaving a legacy?

For this CarrotCast I’m going to use my Grandpa as an example of a pinnacle of success. He recently passed away and it was clearly evident that he was a person that left a legacy.

There were people that traveled hours or had not seen him in 60 years gather to pay their respects to a person who had a positive influence on their lives.

We often times put too much stock in our bank accounts and facebook accounts. On stats and ego.

Instead, we need to start shifting that focus on positive influence and concentrate more on our legacy.

Go out and live a legacy. Invest in people, have fun, be kind, and enjoy life!
