  1. Great! Those guys have the right philosophy about wholesaling. The goal in RE investing is to generate passive income. Wholesaling is like being a RE agent: you’re only as good as your next deal. But wholesaling also puts bread on the table. What we do is marketing for deals. We have a huge (and I mean huge) buyers’ list. We keep the houses that fit our business model and wholesale the other ones to our buyers whose business model fits the specific property.

  2. It’s always awesome having a HUGE buyers list so awesome work Nadia!

I love your philosophy too! Keep crushing it!

  3. I am so sorry to say that I don’t think these brothers know what they are doing – I am sure they had fun acting like investors – Let’s interview a real investor – someone who can give details of their transaction – I am sorry but I really couldn’t learn a thing from these boys.

    1. Charles! Man, the only people we bring on the CarrotCast are ones that we can verify on our end that they’re doing what they say. How? Often times, like these guys, we see the leads coming in (since they’re Carrot customers we can verify) and we know they’re closing the deals they say. They’re the real deal. But if you feel more “details” on transactions would help we’ll work on that for sure on the next ones! But, I guess it comes down to trusting the source and trusting our team and that we operate by our core values (https://oncarrot.com/values). If you feel we are the real deal… I can assure you the people I interview have something good to share w/ our community and are the real deal.

We’re here for ya Charles! Let’s get it man!

  4. I am new to Carrot – and can say that it has been a great benefit to be in creating new leads – I have been investing and lead generating for years useing broadcasting media – buying and auctioning commercial and residential and non-conforming real estate -I am glad I was introduced to Carrot.
