Many of the pieces will go live on Forbes, Huffington Post, and other prestigious publications. Which means that a backlink is wildly valuable for your website’s domain authority.
Of course, the author doesn’t have to use your contribution, but sometimes they will. And each time that they do is a free backlink you generated in very little time.
Real Estate Marketing Tool #2: YesWare
Sick of wondering what happens to your emails after you send them? Yesware can you help you for as little as $12 per user/month. Once connected to your email account, this software will tell you if and when someone opens your email and even if they clicked any attachments within the email.
With that kind of information, you can avoid following up with people who simply aren’t interested, pursue the people who are, and avoid spam inboxes to a much higher degree.

Real Estate Marketing Tool #3: Buffer
Everyone is telling you to be more active on your social media accounts, but doing so is easier said than done — partly because you have to remember to post each day. And when you have a million other things to do, remembering is often the hardest part.
With Buffer’s free or paid plans, you can schedule social media posts and track their effectiveness all in one place. Just connect your accounts (which is super easy) and then start publishing content at each place without opening up 5 different web browsing tabs.
You do need to be active on your social media accounts, but you don’t have to spend loads of time to do so.
Real Estate Marketing Tool #4: BombBomb
Maybe you hate sitting down and writing emails. Or maybe you simply want to leverage the time-saving, relationship-building benefits of video communication.
Rather than spending hours writing emails to prospects, you can use BombBomb to send videos over email for as little as $39 per month. This will save you time because you can record videos instead of writing emails. Plus, it’s a far more personable mode of communication with your leads and prospects than a text-written email.

The first trick to saving time is knowing how you’re currently spending time. You might be surprised to find underutilized gaps in your schedule. Or you might realize that you’re spending too much time on things that would be better delegated to someone else.
