At a minimum, we’ll move your contacts/leads and campaigns. But if you bringing over campaigns, team members, and integrating with multiple lead source and you’d like more help… we’ll help with all of that too. Essentially, we’re tired of hearing clients be stuck in endless “setup and buildout” phases with other CRMs on the market. Yes! All leads from a Carrot website seamlessly flow to CarrotCRM (no Zapier integration required). But, any other leads from any other sources can easily flow into CarrotCRM through a simple Zapier integration. And you guessed it… we’ll set that up for you free if you’re on Scale or Team plans.
Each migration is different because we customize the migration to your needs… and the needs of every investor are different. While it depends what your needs are, we typically see three different migration timelines. A light migration (2-5 business days) may be a simple importing of your contacts/leads and a few simple integrations. A standard migration (7-10 business days) importing all of your contacts/leads, several integrations, and a handful of custom followup templates. A custom migration (10+ business days) importing all of your contacts/leads, 5+ integrations and numerous custom followup templates, Ai lead manager settings, etc. If you have an urgent deadline request, let us know in the form above so we can know ahead of time.
