We’ve worked hard as heck to build out a great Carrot Help Center for our members that’s complete with guides and tutorials that will coach you through the setup and personalization of your site. We’re also ready to support you via our email and live chat support, so for those members who want to learn the system and leverage that knowledge to do it yourself, awesome! You’re covered.
But if you’re busy and don’t have time to go through the tutorials and don’t want to do it yourself, we’ve also got you covered with our very cost-effective Design Refresh Service geared to do the work for you!
Here’s What Your Design Refresh Service Includes:
When you buy our Design Refresh service, we will schedule a design meeting to dial in what visual direction we are going. Then our team will dive in, update, and personalize your site with the new information you have for your website.
Highlight Branding
- Do you have a NEW logo? We’ll incorporate a logo you provide throughout the site (including responsive resizing for mobile devices).
- Update the colors used throughout the site to match the branding you’re going after.
- Add in design elements reflecting your brand and color choices.
Amplify Credibility
- Highlight your awesome customer testimonials!
- Once you setup your social media accounts, send us the links and we’ll add them to your site in a dynamic credibility bar!
- Format your company & personal bios (or principals in your company) for your site to build connection and credibility.
Set Your Site Apart
- Update your site with a unique identity – we will add in and amplify your credibility and testimonials, even add video and team pics to the home page.

This service does NOT include content edits or re-writes, any integrations, or changes to the function of the site. You will have three opportunities to ask for revisions, so be thorough in your review. This helps us keep the cost down and helps us to deliver the best results possible.
